Penticton Toyota is growing and rebuilding, we are looking to add a high performing Sales Manager to help us transition into the next chapter of our success.

The Sales Manager position is a comprehensive one, where you are in charge of all aspects of new, used, and finance operations. Closing deals, appraising trade ins, managing inventory, managing CRM, internal processes, marketing, etc. Anything that contributes to delivering a world class experience for our guests while maximizing the dealerships potential falls under the description.

We are the #1 import dealership in the South Okanagan, and are family owned and operated, this provides a unique culture and is conducive to great success for people with high degree for innovation and self starters.

The candidate will have proven leadership skills, have a track record for making those around them better through coaching, development and guidance. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
