What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging with customers to understand their needs and match them with the perfect new Toyota.
- Guiding customers through the sales process, from test drives to financing options.

Vehicle Delivery Specialist
*Please note this is not a delivery driver position*
What You’ll Do
- Create memorable, fun, and professional experiences for our customers. This includes showing them around their new vehicle prior to taking it home. Minus the red suit, you’ll pretty much be a real-life Santa Claus!
- Prep for vehicle delivery day – Ensure all deliveries are thoroughly detailed, gassed up, licensed and free from any defects or warning lights prior to delivery.
- Introduce guests to the Parts and Service Department to emphasize quality and efficiency of service operations and retail parts and accessories.
- Communicate effectively with finance managers for vehicle delivery dates and information
- Coordinate with service department to book the first service appointment before turning over the keys
- Maintain standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers and ensure that the maximum level of customer satisfaction is maintained at all times
- Assist in the delivery of new and used vehicles to certain off-site locations, in between dealerships or directly to clients’ homes.
- Walk the lot and visually inspect and manage inventory by making sure it is optimally merchandised
- Attend regular training and department meetings for career growth and development
Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- 2+ years of customer facing experience with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences
- Extremely positive attitude and a self-starter
- Flexible work schedule (with the ability to work Saturdays)
- Passion for customer service and putting a smile on someone’s face.
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Interest in career growth into a Product Advisor role
- No experience in automotive required

This is a key role within our dealership, responsible for driving efficiency in our busy service department while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Our Business Development and Retention team is focused on customer satisfaction, retention, and maximizing service department performance. As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of this mission—ensuring our technician time is fully utilized and our customers are receiving the highest level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently book service appointments, ensuring time slots align with technician availability to optimize shop productivity.
- Coordinate customer care tasks, including:
- Arranging loaner vehicles
- Updating and maintaining accurate customer profiles
- Facilitate smooth communication between departments (Service, Parts, Sales) to streamline the customer journey.
- Proactively sell recommended services based on the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule and previous service history.
- Perform outbound calls to bring in business and maintain customer contact, including:
- Service reminders
- First service visits
- Recalls and outstanding warranty items
- Prepaid maintenance follow-ups
- Support marketing and promotional initiatives as directed by management.

In this important customer-facing role, you will be responsible for safely transporting our valued clients to and from the dealership, helping to create a smooth, convenient, and enjoyable experience for them. As a key part of our service team, your positive attitude and professionalism will contribute directly to our outstanding reputation for customer care.
We are looking for Full or Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport customers to and from the dealership in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Provide assistance with loading and unloading personal items when needed.
